Terms of Service

Last updated: April 29, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TetherWiki (the "Site"), operated by Loud Louder Lüders AB ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Definitions

  • "Site" means the website at tetherwiki.com and any subdomains, applications, or feeds we operate under the TetherWiki name.
  • "Content" means all text, images, diagrams, data, code, and other material made available on the Site.
  • "You" means any person or entity accessing the Site.

2. Acceptance and Eligibility

By accessing the Site you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you access the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and respectfully. You may:

  • Read, link to, and quote reasonable excerpts of Content for personal, educational, journalistic, or research purposes, with attribution to TetherWiki.
  • Use the Site for any lawful purpose consistent with these Terms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, related systems, or networks.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, including by introducing malware, launching denial-of-service attacks, or excessive automated requests that degrade availability for others.
  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-harvest Content for the purpose of training machine learning models, building competing datasets, or republishing Content as your own, except where expressly permitted by an applicable law (such as text-and-data-mining exceptions you can demonstrate you qualify for).
  • Use the Site to harass, defame, or impersonate any person or entity.
  • Misrepresent the origin or authorship of any Content.
  • Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, attribution, or other proprietary notice on the Site or in the Content.

5. Intellectual Property and Content Licensing

Unless explicitly marked otherwise, original Content on the Site is the property of Loud Louder Lüders AB or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may quote and link to Content for ordinary editorial, educational, and research use with clear attribution to TetherWiki and a link back to the source page.

Substantial reproduction, redistribution, mirroring, or commercial use of Content requires our prior written permission. Where third-party material (such as logos, registered marks, or licensed images) appears on the Site, those rights remain with their respective owners.

6. AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge that a substantial portion of the Content is produced or assisted by automated systems and large language models. The accuracy, completeness, and currency of any individual statement cannot be guaranteed. You agree not to rely on AI-generated Content for decisions that materially affect you without independent verification against primary sources. See our Disclaimer for further detail.

7. Third-Party Content and Links

The Site may include links, references, embedded media, advertisements, or quotations from third parties. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for third-party content, websites, or services. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site's own terms and policies.

8. User Communications

Any feedback, error reports, or other communications you send to us are not confidential, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use them for the purpose of operating and improving the Site. Do not send us anything you regard as confidential or proprietary.

9. Accuracy

We aim to provide accurate, well-sourced information, but the Site is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Information may be incomplete, outdated, or revised at any time without notice. The cryptocurrency space evolves rapidly and statements that were correct when written may not remain so.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and all Content are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TetherWiki, Loud Louder Lüders AB, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loud Louder Lüders AB and its representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or Content.

13. Modifications to the Site and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a revision becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.

16. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute relating to the Site, we ask that you contact us first at legal@tetherwiki.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will endeavour to respond to legitimate concerns promptly and in good faith.

17. Contact
